The child has always been and will always be in the center of attention in the family and society. In sport you can’t always win. So, parents must help their child handle disappointments and losing.

Beside physical activity sports participation can help children develop social skills that will benefit them throughout their entire life. Playing sports children learn to interact not only with other children their age, but also with older individuals such as their coaches. They also learn leadership skills, team-building skills and communication skills that will help them in school or career.

Young boys use sports and games to measure themselves against their friends. Children who are good at sports are more easily accepted by children of their age. These children are also more likely to be team leaders and they usually have better social skills.

We know that overweight and obesity is happening worldwide. Overweight people are more likely to have health problems. Helping your children to develop good eating habits and enjoyment from sport may help them to avoid health problems.

Some children experience ad much stress, anxiety, and depression as adults to. The best way to relieve stress is exercise. A fit child is more likely to be well-rested and mentally sharp. Sport can also improve a child’s skills at reading, memorization and arithmetic.
