Dr. Gill, who is famous American pediatrician, claims that we shouldn’t remove the wax from the ears by force. He highly recommends that we should use more efficient methods instead.
Dr. Gill says that we all probably already have all the ingredients in our kitchen cabinets. So, if you have problems with earwax buildup, then it’s extremely important for you to soften it with some oil. After that, he says that you need to soak a piece of cotton in some oil and then gently place it in the ear, without pushing. Then, you need to start shaking your head so that the earwax starts moving towards the outer canal, just like when you try to remove the water from your ear after swimming.
Dr. Gill says that after 3 minutes, you need to apply a few drops of oil in your ear. Note: if this method doesn’t work for you, then you should mix equal amounts of vinegar and medicinal alcohol and then wash your ears with this mixture.
