Nice legs (even if they are not long) have now become almost standard. But, how do we get them? What if nature was not exactly generous to us and "gave" us short and thick legs?

Well, leaves us no choice but to work hard and "draw" the best of our anatomy. In fact, all things considered, is not so difficult to have nice legs: a little exercise, proper nutrition and good cosmetics will completely fulfill this task.

Here are some simple tips that will simply regenerate your feet and show them in a more beautiful and more attractive light:

Nice legs and tight shoes

Shoes that feel uncomfortable are the worst thing that can happen to your feet. If your feet do not feel comfortable in the shoes, it can lead to the formation of painful red spots, skin thickening and even warts.

Therefore:

Wear high heels only on special occasions. Frequent use of high heels can damage both your legs and posture. Moreover, high heels can shorten the muscles around the joint to make your legs look swollen.

If necessary, use of orthopedic implants.

Well it's time to use some visual tricks:

If you have thick legs, find a nice, comfortable shoes with higher heels wedge - they will make your legs look thinner and more feminine.

Long live the tights. Nothing so well does not make fat legs slim as black, opaque tights!  If you want to "extend" feet, choose black tights with vertical stripes. Forget about tights bright shades - in them will make your legs look exactly as they are (and possibly thicker).

Cosmetic routine for your beautiful legs

Massage your feet regularly!  For the massage, use whatever you want: creams for feet, essential oils, or something else.

Regularly remove layers of dead skin from the feet. It is easy enough and it works: A ten minute soak your feet in warm water (to make dead skin soft) and then remove a file for the fifth or stone. After this course goes for foot care cream that will make them soft and silky. In short your beautiful legs will shine!

Do not forget that the skin is dead and whole legs and a slight lifting not only removes dead cells but is excellent preparation for removal no matter what method you choose.

Use oils to achieve a slight gloss legs. Even the olive and almond oil works fine. Economical use oil until you achieve a fine, thin emulsion that will help your legs and literally shine!

And some quick advice...

Pressing the center of the foot with your thumb and gently massage for 3 minutes and significantly reduces the physical and mental stress.

For refreshment of tired legs use cotton socks soaked in water to which was added 10 drops of lemon or 10 drops of essential oil of mint. Very soon you will feel relieved and refreshing tired feet!

If you want beautiful legs, of course, that this cannot be achieved without exercise. So will light exercises on the treadmill or even dancing - help to keep the blood surged, the muscles tighten and your legs feel "alive". Playing pool is one of the best exercises (and not too demanding) to tighten the leg muscles and their fine design.

And last but not least. Try to reach a healthy weight and be sure to keep it. You cannot expect to have nice feet if you are overweight. The whole body should be in proportion. The big body and thin legs is not exactly what we want, right?
