Be Careful Parents: Woman Posing As A Nurse Tells New Mom To Take A Shower Then Takes Her Baby!!! SHOCKING!!!

Kamiyah was kidnapped by a woman who pretended to be a nurse back in 1998. The woman kept her as her own daughter for 18 years and robbed her birth parents of raising their daughter. Unfortunately, Kamiyah isn’t the only baby to be abducted from the maternity ward.

Thankfully though, since the spike in these kind of incidences, hospitals have adopted advance technologies to make sure newborn baby abductions are a thing of the past.

In 2012 one such incident was foiled in California. Surveillance video shows a woman posing as nurse, dressed in scrubs, brazenly walk through the sliding doors of Garden Grove hospital.

Incredibly, the 48-year-old suspect told a new mother that the doctor would be coming in shortly and she should take a shower in the meantime. While the patient was in the bathroom, the woman took her newborn baby girl, placed her inside a tote bag and walked out.

Thankfully, the bracelet around bub’s foot meant that an alarm was triggered and hospital staff were able to detain the woman until the police came to arrest her.

The footage is pretty chilling, but at least there are innovations helping to prevent further kidnapping tragedies.
